Some Things you should know

While it is our heart to open New Heart Place to all that may come to us, we regrettably are unable to offer admission to the following unless those applicants are willing to consult their physician as to the feasibility of a “step-down” program.

  • ^Those applicants on a program of suboxone, methadone, or Antabuse.
  • ^Those applicants dependent on psycho-tropic pharmaceuticals.

Because the New Heart Place community is a family of brothers and sisters, any applicant discerned to be a threat to the safety of that family will be referred to a program more appropriate to their unique needs. 

Applicants actively using their “drug of choice” at the point of their interview may be asked to complete a reputable detoxification program.

Application Process

Step One:

Call (425) 775-2776 or email jbrooks@westgatechapel.com and request an Application Pac. You may either pick-up an Application Pac at Westgate; or, we can mail you a pac.

Step Two:

Our New Heart Place Administrator will call you and set-up an interview with the Executive Director and appropriate Resident Director (Men’s Home or Women’s Home).

Step Three:

The Executive and Resident Directors will pray over the application and interview.  Should they receive confirmation from the Holy Spirit, they will send you a formal acceptance letter in which your intake date will be set.
